| Our consultants use both an individual and team approach to their projects. In this manner, clients can benefit by the close personalized attention they receive as well as from the talents and skills of various disciplines. After an initial assessment of our clients needs, we provide them with a proposal for professional services, which outlines the proposed scope of our services and the corresponding fees. Once an agreement is reached, a simple agreement is executed. |

James Ramos, President/CEO
James Ramos is the founder, president and CEO of James Ramos Consulting. His vision is to direct a team of professionals to serve communities by developing work environments that will thrive in diversity and achieve company desired goals successfully.A native of Chicago Illinois, James graduated with honors receiving his B.S. in Business Administration from Chicago State University. After completing his undergraduate degree his tenacity and education led him into entrepreneurship as the Co-Founder of Ernest James, a Hand Crafted Jewelry Company. Concurrently, James was selected as the youngest instructor to train community residents and police officers for the Chicago Alliance for Neighborhood Safety. Maintaining his passion and thirst for knowledge he went on to complete his M.S. in Communications at Northwestern University. He has since become professionally trained in Community Policing, International Business, Tactical Communications and Train the Trainer Courses. Subsequently, James was hired as a Training Officer for the City of Chicago Police Department. He is a Subject Matter Expert in Diversity Management, Community Policing, and Problem Solving. With over 15 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing training programs that include Interfaith Police Partnership, Diversity Presentation, Diversity Management, Cook County State�s Attorney�s Office, Chicago Neighborhood Assembly, Traffic Stop Community Education he has developed as a premier consultant and sought after public speaker.His public speaking and consulting engagements have led him throughout the country visiting and building business partnerships in: Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, England, Puerto Rico, Panama, New Mexico, Mexico and multiple cities in the United States. Having lived in Puerto Rico for part of his childhood James is bilingual speaking both English and Spanish fluently.An amazing facilitator and teacher, James has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Harold Washington College teaching courses in Criminology, Criminal Justice and Professional Responsibilities. James is also quite passionate about our youth and empowerment of communities. In conjunction with professionally developing companies/ communities he also volunteers his time with Broader Urban Involvement and Leadership Development (B.U.I.L.D), Chicago Youth Centers Centro Nuestro, YMCA of Chicago, Illinois Coalition for Violence Protection, Chicago Public Schools and many other organizations. |

Ahmad Assad Koshul, CFO/COO
Mr. Koshul is a certified public account amassing experience with Stryker Spine, Wurth USA and the United Federation of Teachers. . He has extensive experience with seminar programming from his work with various not for profit and religious institutions. With JRC, he will be responsible for managing the financial systems and streamlining operations. Mr. Koshul graduated from Rutgers University with a BS in accounting. He is the Executive Director of New Islamic Directions and is also a principal of GK Alliance LLC.. As a tidbit, he attended the same high school as team member, Doug Glanville. |

Doug Glanville, Director, New Business Initiatives
Mr. Glanville joins JRC as the person responsible for generating innovative directives and concepts. Hailing from Teaneck, New Jersey, Mr. Glanville went the high school which was the first in America to voluntarily integrate. His hometown was committed to finding solutions where all people of all walks of life learn how to work together. This has led him to work with Mr. Ramos to help JRC's methodologies reach a larger audience. Mr. Glanville has a degree in Systems Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. After a 15 year professional baseball career, he and launched his entrepreneurial career as principal of GK Alliance LLC. He is also a journalist with the New York Times, Diamond Gems Radio Network, and Baseball Factory. |
